Scope

This notice describes how Ed in Park City LLC handles information associated with this website and its paid-referral TrioMRR offer. The guide itself has no user accounts or patient portal and does not ask for protected health information. The TrioMRR advertisement links to TrioMRR's external contact form rather than collecting inquiries or payment on this site.

Please do not send protected health information, resident information, credentials, Social Security numbers, payment data, or other sensitive records to the site's contact email.
