Scope

This notice describes how Ed in Park City LLC handles information associated with this website and its paid-referral TrioMRR offer. The MRR calculator and migration planner offer optional passwordless accounts. Neither is a patient portal, and neither asks for protected health information. The TrioMRR advertisement links to TrioMRR's external contact form rather than collecting inquiries or payment on this site.

Do not enter or send protected health information, resident or patient names or identifiers, clinical details, credentials, Social Security numbers, payment data, patient-level exports, reports, screenshots, or other sensitive records anywhere on this site or to the site's contact email.

Information we may receive

  • An email address, calculator answers, optional descriptions of business workflows, and a separate mailing-list choice when a user elects to save an estimate.
  • Migration-plan dates, aggregate business volumes, workflow answers, task and shortlist status, non-sensitive notes, team invitations, and activity events.
  • Basic server and security logs generated by the hosting provider, such as IP address, browser information, requested pages, and timestamps.
  • Anonymous, aggregated page-view information collected by Vercel Web Analytics, such as the page visited, referrer, timestamp, approximate location, browser, operating system, and device type. Exact planner answers, dates, notes, vendor selections, and volumes are not intentionally sent as analytics properties.
  • Information you choose to send in an email, such as your name, organization, email address, and a correction or inquiry.
  • Referral or signup information TrioMRR may make available to us in connection with the offer.
  • Information made available through normal web requests needed to deliver the page and protect the site from abuse.

How we use information

We use saved calculator and migration-planner information to provide the requested account, estimates, plans, calendar feed, collaboration, and deletion controls. The publisher receives an operational email containing the submitted answers when a calculator is completed or a switching plan is created, and receives the account email address when an account is created. These notices help administer and improve the tools; they are not sent to the user. We send marketing email only when the separate mailing-list option is selected. We use invitation and retention email only to provide or administer the requested planner service.

We also use information to operate and secure the site, understand aggregate traffic, respond to questions and corrections, administer the paid referral, fix technical problems, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information or use the site to collect health records or make clinical decisions about any individual.

Sharing and retention

Vercel processes limited information as the site's hosting and Web Analytics provider. Twilio Email processes account notification details, calculator and switching-plan answers in publisher notifications, email addresses and delivery information for passwordless links, editor invitations, and retention notices. The database provider stores encrypted email, calculator, planner, and token fields; separate salted hashes support exact lookup. A user's calendar provider processes the generic milestone titles and dates available through a secret subscription URL. Information submitted through TrioMRR's contact form is handled by TrioMRR and its service providers.

An anonymous calculator estimate or migration plan remains available to anyone who has its long secret link. Unclaimed migration plans are deleted after 30 days. Account migration plans are scheduled for deletion after 24 months of inactivity, with 30 days' advance notice to the owner; reopening the plan cancels that inactivity cycle. An owner may delete a plan at any time, immediately revoking plan and calendar access. Expired invitations are removed after seven days. Other account estimates, aggregated analytics, correspondence, referral records, and technical logs are retained only as long as reasonably needed for their stated purposes or legal obligations.

External sites

Vendor links, event registrations, email links, and TrioMRR's contact form and website take you to services outside this site. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices. Review them before providing information or making a payment.

Your choices and contact

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to or deletion of personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions. To make a privacy request or ask a question, email consultantpharmacistsoftware@tinycall.com. We may need enough information to verify the request before acting on it.
