Editorial disclosure and research limits

The publisher's TrioMRR service and referral relationships, how the guide handles potential conflicts, and the limits of vendor-sourced software research.

Publisher relationship

This site is published by Ed in Park City LLC. Ed in Park City LLC has provided product and marketing services to TrioMRR. It also receives a referral bonus when someone signs up through the exclusive TrioMRR offer displayed on this guide. Those relationships can create a potential conflict because a positive impression or a completed referral may benefit the publisher.

The $200-per-month offer for one or two users is publisher-supplied and available through this guide; it is not presented as publicly listed TrioMRR pricing. The offer links directly to TrioMRR's contact form. TrioMRR handles follow-up and account setup, and the customer must agree to TrioMRR's Terms and Conditions before using the service. Ed in Park City LLC does not claim ownership of TrioMRR on this site.

How we handle that conflict

  • We apply the same published, source-led method to every product.
  • We show current source links and the date facts were checked.
  • We mark information that is historical, limited, contradictory, or not publicly specified instead of filling gaps with assumptions.
  • We distinguish vendor claims from independently verified facts.
  • Paid-referral content is labeled as an advertisement, states the compensation next to the offer, and is visually separated from editorial comparison content.
  • This edition does not sell ranking placement.
  • Readers and vendors can submit corrections with primary sources.

Limits of this research

Most product facts here come from vendor websites and documentation. We have not independently tested every feature, implementation, integration, security control, or support commitment. A vendor's statement about HIPAA, encryption, availability, a connector, or a report should be validated through the buyer's own diligence, contract review, and security process.

Pricing, product scope, availability, contracts, and interfaces can change. 'Not publicly specified' means only that we did not find public supporting information in the sources reviewed; it is not evidence that a feature does not exist.
