- Refund requests are due October 10 and carry a $50 cancellation fee. The conference-hotel cutoff is October 6, subject to availability.
- Live credit must be claimed by December 16 at 11:59 p.m. ET. Duplicate credit is not available for concurrent live sessions.
- ASCP labels Florida consultant-pharmacist approval as pending. Confirm state-specific eligibility rather than inferring it from ACPE or BCGP statements.
